BOARD OF DIRECTORS
HEADMOG Board of Directors are made up of professionals that are versed in diverse fields and corporate affairs. The Board of Directors is responsible for reviewing the Company's long-term strategic plans, approving the most relevant industrial and financial operations is defines, based on indications provided by the relevant Executive, guidelines for the internal control system and ascertains the adequacy and management of main Company risks. It reviews and approves the guidelines supporting the Company’s structure ensuring they are adequate for the Company's business model; it evaluates the general management and performance of the Company.
HEADMOG Board of Directors appoints and grants powers to Executive Directors and Managers, and receives reports of and evaluate the periodic, quarterly and yearly performance of the various Executive Directors and Managers for the overall growth and attainment of HEADMOG’s vision.
